Activity: Online sales

Location: Murcia

Description: Preparation of orders for online sales

Hardware:

Installation of 240 bins divided into modules of 30, allowing the simultaneous picking of orders and up to eight operators.

Picking operation: The operators make a grouped picking of the items from the warehouse, place them in a cart and once the BatchPicking picking is finished, they take them to the sorting area.

Sorting operation: The operator scans with the Proglove scanner the item and the bin light comes on, inserts the item(s) into the bin and confirms with the “V” key.

Shipping and review operation: Once the order is completed, the shelf back light illuminates, indicating to the operator that the order has been completed.

Fnac

Activity: Books and accessories

Location: Madrid

Description: Preparation of orders for online sales

Hardware:

In this case, the design of the shelving was determined by the company Fnac, which designed the size and layout of the cells. 

As it was a compact steel rack, it was assembled in our workshops in Barcelona. This allowed for much lower assembly and start-up costs.

The rack consists of 56 locations, with 56 displays on the front side and 56 displays on the back side.
