Connectivity to other environments is possible with the DPI1 interface. This powerful controller allows DPDs and picking management software to communicate via Ethernet.

DESCRIPTION
Communications.The DPI1 incorporates an Ethernet port with a LAN8720 100Base-T chip and two network status indicators. It has two channels supporting 250 DPDs/channel with a maximum of 500 DPDs in total. The interface is easy to install, can be inserted in a DIN-5 rail and through standard network wire connects to the DPDs.

IP configuration. It is possible to manually redefine the TCP/IP addresses using the built-in keyboard.

Backup configuration. The equipment has a slot to insert a SIM card. This card is used to make a backup of the installation configuration data.Screen The screen allows Ethernet configuration and diagnostic operations.

Web server.It is used for configuration, maintenance and diagnostic tasks. Using a browser it is possible to perform the following tasks:

Configuration: reassign the network Id, configure the language of the nodes, configure IP parameters of the interface…

Global test:visualize the map of connected nodes, check the errors or faults and test the whole installation.

Individual test: This utility allows to visualize a specific DPD and check if all its functions, push-buttons and output peripherals work correctly.

Digital outputs: The DPI1 incorporates three configurable digital outputs for signaling active picking, pending picking and installation alarms.
